As the Pentecostals of West Houston (POWH) continues to grow, we must strive to be rooted in the truth of God’s word. Without these truths, the POWH church family will become like a large tree whose outward appearance would look mature and full of life but in reality it is weak and feeble because it has never taken root.

Jeremiah tells us that if our hope is in Him, we shall be as trees planted by the river whose roots will spread. A tree that’s leaves shall always be green and shall not cease from yielding fruit (Jeremiah 17:7-9).
