The music department of POWH is a vibrant, anointed, and growing team of dedicated individuals. We strive for excellence in all we do, keeping Jesus Christ our focus. God is doing great things through the music ministry team at POWH and all the glory belongs to the Lord. Our goal, each service, is to minister to the congregation of POWH and usher in the spirit of praise and worship. By faith, we believe that souls are saved, the sick are healed, and the weary are encouraged through the power and anointing that flows from our hearts as we sing and play our instruments before the Lord.
It is the desire of the music ministry team of POWH to be a part of the “true worshipers” as we await our Savior’s soon coming. John 4:23 says " But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers ." Now is the time to worship, as we’ve never worshiped before. Worshiping with a stronger passion, desire, and awe of our Savoir, Jesus Christ.
Deuteronomy 6:5 says, "Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength." Worship is an expression of love and awe to Jesus Christ, our heavenly Father, who gives us so much more than we deserve. Whether you express your worship by singing, playing an instrument, or in some other way, remember that now is the time that we are all called to worship God with our every action, every day of our life. God is holy, loving, and worthy of all of our worship and devotion.
